Test Drive: Mazda RX-8
Wednesday September 15, 2004
We're happy to see About test driver Robert Bowden back at the wheel after surviving two hurricanes, one of which roared through his town with disastrous reults. Robert returns with a sports car that's totally unique in styling, layout, and engine design. Powered by a Wankel rotary engine whirring up to 9,000 rpm, the RX-8 offers plenty of driving excitement, while its clamshell doors make entry to the small rear seat relatively easy.
