Test drives: Chrysler PT Cruiser convertible and Sebring convertible

I grew up in New York where I spent nearly every March up to my shoulders in snow. Now that I live in Southern California, it both amuses me and confuses me to hear people complain about all the rain we've been getting -- "severe winter weather," they call it. Hah! As far as I'm concerned, if you don't have to shovel it out of your driveway, it ain't severe. With March come the warm Santa Ana winds. Jason Fogelson has been taking advantage of this perfect convertible weather, test driving the drop-top versions of Chrysler's PT Cruiser GT and Sebring. Smart man.
