Test drive: 2006 Mazda 3 S Touring 5-door

It's official... well, pretty much. Almost all of the About Cars journalists -- BJ, Colin, myself, and now Jason -- have weighed in on the Mazda 3, and we all think it's a magnificent car. I don't think I've heard Phil's opinion on the 3, but I'd be willing to guess he's a fan; after all, the 3 is quick, fun to drive, comfortable, gets good gas mileage and has lots of storage space, especially in 5-door form. As for the styling, well, he'll give two thumbs up to anything that he thinks will make him more of a hit with the ladies.
