Whenever a brand-new model comes out, I usually post a long-form review -- you know, the big one with First Glance, In the Driver's Seat, etc. But in the case of the 2010 Audi A5 Cabriolet, the truth is that I don't have a whole heck of a lot to say. Or maybe I do have a lot to say, but it doesn't take a whole lot of space to say it. Check out what few words I've devoted to Audi's new convertible in my 2010 Audi A5 Cabriolet test drive. And if that leaves you wanting more, I've got plenty of pix in my 2010 Audi A5 Cabrio photo gallery. -- Aaron Gold

If I had to name my favorite production car right now, the A5 coupe/cabrio would be in my top three along with the Dodge Challenger and Ford Mustang. The one thing I really like about the styling of this car is that it doesn’t depart too much from the gorgeous A4 sedan design. This is the way a sedan-based coupe/cabrio should be built IMO. My only problem….I could never afford one.
Great review Aaron. I have just traded in my A4 2.0 TSFI Cabrio for a A5 Cabrio Quattro. After 80k miles without a single problem i am looking forward driving the new A5 which should be delivered to me soon. A brilliant car, great looks, great drive, pretty good fuel economy. Real Vorsprung durch technik.
Completely agree with Eric. If I could afford it right now I would buy the A5. Best looking coupe on the market. I really think Audi is doing great things right now. They are late to the game in the coupe and the suv markets but they are builder superior products. The Audi showroom is going to be the first place I stop when I do have 50-60k to spend in a few years.
