The coupe they made so men could buy a small coupe again. Or so some would say. With a shape that screams sexy, the Audi TT combines style and performance in a small package. How Much?:
Price for a 2004 Audi TT in the US ranges from $33,970 to $43,620.The Inside Story:
Available as a coupe or a convertible the Audi offers a wide range of engine choices to suit your 'needs' ... and your finances. Blasted finances ruin everything!Under the Hood:
The TT offers three engines: a four cylinder and two sixes producing 180, 225 and 250 respectively. In same order, the gas mileage is (city/highway): 20/28, 20/29 and, honestly, Audi won't tell us. Check with the dealer.Transmissions:
With three transmissions to choose from you can go from convenience with an automatic (a six-speed), all power with the six-speed manual or Audi's all new six-speed manual with no manual clutch (okay, it's an automatic).Warranty:
Bumper-to-bumper is 4 years/50,000 miles. Powertrain is same.Should you Buy a 2004 Audi TT?:
There are only a few coupes that will turn heads like the Audi TT. It's styling is a few years old but it's done so well that it looks as fresh today as it did when it rolled off the line. Audi's added more power, a convertible and several transmissions to make your decision even more diffi... fun! Would we buy one? Yes. We'd recommend testing out the Honda S2000 and Chrysler Crossfire, but even without those other test drives, the Audi TT is near the top of the heap.
