The 2011 Buick Regal is a rebadged version of GM's European-market Opel Insignia. The base model of Buick's new mid-size sedan will be powered by a 182 hp 2.4 liter direct-injected engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Buick will offer an optional 220 horsepower 2-liter turbocharged engine with an available 6-speed manual transmission.
