Chevrolet has introduced a Covertible version of the Camaro concept car, which I got a chance to drive (albeit slowly) and photograph. The production Camaro is due for introduction as a 2009 model. Unlike the Dodge Challenger concept, which is a near knock-off of the original, Chevrolet's designers chose a modern adaptation of the classic Camaro shape, citing the need to attract younger buyers who don't necessarily remember the first-generation Camaro.
