When I say the Sebring's back seat is roomy, I don't mean roomy-for-a-convertible. It's roomy, period, and accommodates full-size adults in comfort. The Sebring is a four-seater; there's no center seat belt, which means child seats have to be secured on one side or the other. In the government's side impact crash tests, Sebring scored 4 out of 5 stars for back seat passengers, 3 out of 5 for front seaters; its lack of side airbags was its Achilles heel.
