Dodge Challenger Concept Car

Although the LX platform is equipped with an automatic transmission, the Challenger needed a manual to deliver authentic performance. The six-speed used here features a pistol-grip shift lever that is a throwback to the original car, but with an updated look and feel. Interior Designer Alan Barrington went for a current gun adaptation, more along the lines of a Glock-type grip to modernize the styling.
