CONFIRMED:

FX35/FX50: Infiniti has introduced an all-new version of its sporty FX crossover for 2009. The FX35 gets a more powerful (303 hp) version of Nissan's fabulous VQ-series V6, while the FX50 gets a 5.0 liter 390 horsepower V8 in place of the old FX45's 4.5 liter V8.

G37: The G sedan gets a new engine (a 328 horsepower version of the 3.7 liter engine found in the G Coupe), a new 7-speed automatic, an optional performance braking package, and a new name, G37. Meanwhile, the G37 coupe will be available with all-wheel-drive. Both sedan and coupe get upgraded interior trim and self-healing clearcoat paint. On the way for 2010: A retractable-hardop convertible version of the G37 coupe.

M35/M45: The M35 gets an updated 303 horsepower 3.5 liter engine. The rear-wheel-drive M35 gets a 7-speed automatic transmission, while the all-wheel-drive M35x gets standard adaptive headlights. All Ms get a Sport mode for their automatic transmissions, speed-sensing door locks, and self-healing clearcoat paint.

QX56: Nissan's behemoth SUV gets automatic speed-sensitive door locks and a new paint color (Deep Garnet).
