350Z: The Z gets a new 3.5 liter V6 from Nissan's VQ engine family, along with new paint color choices.

ALTIMA: (photo) Completely redesigned for 2007. Powertrain choices include a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine and a new VQ-series 3.5 liter V6. 6-speed manuals are standard for both engines; an optional continuously-variable transmission replaces the traditional automatic, which should do wonders for performance and fuel economy. A hybrid version will be introduced later in the year.

MAXIMA: (photo) The Maxima gets freshened styling and an upgraded interior. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is standard.

SENTRA: (photo) Completely redesigned for 2007, the Sentra is larger and more aggressively styled. Along with the standard Sentra, Nissan offers two performance versions, the Sentra SE-R and Sentra SE-R Spec V.

VERSA: The new entry-level Nissan is available in both sedan (photo) and hatchback (photo) body styles. Hatchback pricing starts under $13,000 and includes seat-mounted side airbags for the front seat and side curtain airbags for both front and rear seats.
