My vote...
- ... is a 3rd generation Acura TL. The new ones are just plain ugly but the 04-08 models are quick, comfortable, and upscale. The choice of a manual transmission in the earlier ones is an added benefit.

Godzilla for Dad
- The Nissan GT-R is a swell car for dads with upto 2 toddlers.Real fast,looks heavy and is grounded while moving fast.No wonder it was named "Godzilla".Now I dont know about the U.S but here in down under land it costs AUD 150,000 whhich is expensive considering the recession but don't think any dad here would even mind a used Godzilla.Godzilla it is !! http://allowmetofinish.blogspot.com

- Well the best care for New England would have 4 wheel drive for the winter and convertible for the summer, that's a Jeep Wrangler! Oh yeah and Dad loves to get off the roads too!

- BMW 5 series can't be left out. They have 4 doors with a large trunk and drive like a sports car, and last forever.

- perfect dad's car - room in back, four doors, beautiful interior, and gets the kid to preschool as fast as a 5-series, but without the harsh ride

Nice list, but......
- Since I'm the dad and have to pay for this along with tuition, a mortgage and hundreds of other bills, I will have to go with the G37. Not the nicest interior, but fast, fun and reliable.

Lexus IS F a brilliant pick
- This car is an absolute sleeper and perfect for dads. Drop the kids off at school and get to work in record time. Hmm, maybe once the kids are out of car seats, I can picture one in the driveway.

Buick Enclave
- If Dad still is hanging to the SUV and wants a Cadillac, this is it. More toys then any man should have and cheaper than the BMW or Cadilllac and runs better also. This is it.
