Teen Academy at Fast Lane Racing School

Tuesday April 5, 2005
ag_teen_blog.jpgEvery parent of a teenager needs to know about Teen Academy. 82% of teen accidents are caused by driver error, because most driving schools don't teach real-world accident avoidance. Fast Lane Racing School's one-day Teen Academy program teaches young drivers the art of car control. Driving their own cars, the students learn how to handle swerves, stops and skid recovery with the car at -- or even past -- its limits of traction. That way, when an emergency arises, Teen Academy grads will already know how the car is going to behave and how to keep it under control, because they've had the chance to perfect these maneuvers under controlled conditions. If every teen driver took this course, fatalities would plummet. If you have a young driver, consider this course a necessity.-- Aaron Gold
