Off we go to find some snow!
This week, my wife Robin and I are heading off into the Sierra Nevadas with a 2007 Subaru Legacy GT wagon. Philip Powell tested the '06 Legacy GT Sedan and praised the car's dry-weather handling, noting that the all-wheel-drive Legacy really came into its own when driven agressively. I myself drove the base-model Legacy 2.5i wagon in 2005 and loved it, particularly because it was such a good deal. But now Robin and I are going to try to put a little snow under the Legacy's tires, and see if 243 turbocharged horsepower has a negative effect on the Subaru's legendary foul-weather handling. Wish us luck! -- Aaron Gold
