The long-anticipated Ford Fusion Hybrid makes its debut in 2009 as a 2010 model. The Ford Fusion Hybrid gets an improved version of the hybrid powertrain found in the Ford Escape, which is based around a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine. Ford says the Fusion will be the most fuel-efficient mid-size car on the market, and its "EcoGuide" dashboard will coach drivers on how to get better fuel economy.
